Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

• Referrer must be a registered patient at the practice.
• Referrer must inform persons being referred that they have shared their details with the practice.
• Referred person must book, attend and pay for a New Patient Exam before any credit is applied to the referrers account.
• Maximum credit of £70 per referrer.
• Referred party must not already be registered at the practice.
• Credit can be redeemed on any services at the practice (sundry products excluded).
• Credit will only be applicable for newly registering adults aged 17+
